High angle



This picture is taken from a scene of "The Lord of the Rings". It shows Frodo, who is almost losing the ring of power. It's an intense scene, so that's why it's used this angle.

Slanted Angle

 

This is a sunrise. The picture is taken in this angle probably to show the movement that could have an static landscape.

Point of View



The point of view shot is frequently used in films to describe a person who is lying, and usually who just woke up. I think that in this image there's a person lying.

Wide shot



This picture shows the dimensions of a baseball match and the number of people who follow it. Baseball in USA is probably not just a sport, is a lifestyle too.

Aerial shot



This type of shot shows us usually a city, or a landscape. In this case it shows a little village with a large green zone around.

Sky taxi to fly in Dubai 'from July'

A drone that can carry people will begin "regular operations" in Dubai from July, the head of the city's Roads and Transportation Agency has announced at the World Government Summit.

The vehicle can carry one passenger weighing up to 100kg. The passenger will select a destination on a touch screen but there are no other controls inside the craft.

The purpose of this invention is reducing the traffic jam in Dubai. Is expected to be implemented in other cities in the future.

My family

We are my brother, my mother, my father and me.

My brother, Arnau, is 13 years old, we is only 2 years younger than me, what gives us a special connection because we share many things. We love each other, we play together and of course we sometimes have arguments. He is a bit shy, and more sensible than me, he worries for many things. He is very smart, but a bit lazy. My brother is very creative, he has a lot of imagination, and he likes doing things. Usually we are very competitive, and both of us want to win in whatever game we play. I can say that my brother and I have a good relationship.

I have a good relationship with my parents too. My mother, Gemma, is very sensible, like my brother, and very kind; she always helps the others. She is open-minded, she likes to listen to the other people's ideas. My mother is a hardworking person too, she always has something to do, and this is sometimes good and sometimes bad, because she likes doing things, but sometimes that puts her under a lot of stress. She is very kind with me, and if I have a problem I know that she will be there. My father, David, is a bit shy with the others, but not with my mother, my brother and me, he seems another person. He cares very much for us. He does several things for my brother and for me, although he has to sacrifice his own things. When we are worried about something he always gives us a reason to be calmed.

A love story/movie

I'm going to explain you Passengers, a science fiction love story.

Passengers is about a man who wakes up 90 years too soon from an induced hibernation on board a spaceship bound for a new planet. He is alone one year in the spaceship, because the other 499 people are sleeping, so to don't get crazy he awakes a girl. They talk and know each other well. Finally they fall in love and have a lovely love story, but the girl don't know that he awakes her. When the girl knows about it she gets furious. First she can't forgive him. They are angry for a while, but then spaceship starts to show failures. The spaceships's captain awakes, and then they realize that they must fix all the failures if they want to survive. So they go through extreme situations, so when they can fix all the spaceship's problems, they get in love again and they have a love story until their dead.
